Suffering any sort of illness or accident is not only a stressful thing, but it can be a confusing time too. We may listen to the Doctors or Nurses, but because of the trauma we don't always take into account the actual information.

Here I have added personal stories, medical facts and how long it takes to recover. On most medical posts you will get the facts, without the feelings. I have added the facts, feelings emotions and the embarrassing moments that can happen when you are at your most vulnerable.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask them in the comments section, thank you.

5. Colonoscopy and Sigmoidoscopy Prep Day Laxative and Procedure.

It is one of those ooh moments when you would rather stick your head in a pan and head for A and E than have someone dealing with your butt! But it has to be done, however embarrassing. And it can save your life. I was lucky to be given a clean bill of health, but somethings didn't quite go the way to plan with the Laxative, and what happened next...well read on! Just goes to show that its not just you who have embarrassing moments! In depth and very personal tell of my experience!

*At this point I must add that I am not a Doctor, Surgeon or Medical practitioner, all these above are purely personal
